Hemorrhoidectomy
A hemorrhoidectomy involves the resection of large haemorrhoids. A hemorrhoidectomy is a suitable method that's used to get rid of haemorrhoids. Freezing and rubber band ligation shrink the haemorrhoid but are not as effective as a hemorrhoidectomy.
Fistulotomy
A fistulotomy is a procedure that’s performed to open, disinfect and flatten a fistula. The extent of the surgery depends on the location, size and depth of the fistula. Dr Singh cuts into the fistula and scrapes out or drains infected tissue.
